Simple pricing

  • $50 a monthUp to 50 customers with an open invoice
  • $99 a monthUp to 200 customers with an open invoice
  • $149 a monthNo limit

One company. Everyone who collects for that company is included.

The bill follows the busiest day, not a quiet one. During the 14-day trial, open customers are counted a few times at random. After you subscribe, they are counted once a day. On the 1st, the price is the highest of those counts from the month before.

A second company is its own bill. No card is taken to start. The card is charged only when you keep the account, and that first charge covers the rest of the month.

Does Zapps change QuickBooks?

No. Invoices, payments, and the company file stay in QuickBooks. Zapps reads the open invoices and keeps the call notes.

Is Desktop the same setup as Online?

Same list, same prices. The connection step is the only difference.

Who sees the call notes?

Anyone on that company who can sign in to Zapps A/R.

What happens to the notes if we cancel?

Canceling stops the charge. Notes stay until you ask for the account to be removed.

Are the 14 days charged up front?

No. The card is taken only when you keep it.

How do you pick the price?

A customer counts if an invoice still has a balance. $50 up to 50 of them, $99 up to 200, $149 after that. The day that counts is the highest one, not the average.

When does the price change?

On the 1st. That bill uses the busiest day of the month before. It does not change in the middle of the month.
